In today’s journal entry I have gone for the word shoe as my inspiration. I have used a quite muted palette of creams and browns which has allowed the red shoe to really stand out.

Again I have used masking tape as texture for my image but I have stamped the word “Shoe” on it instead of writing it on in pencil this time. It is quite faded but I quite like that effect, making the image more worn and aged.
