In today’s journal entry I have gone for the theme “black”. I didn’t want to just use black paint or make an all black picture though, so the idea to use a heart came to mind as in a “black heart”. I used lots of texture in the background of this entry from different papers and packaging. I used a lot of white gesso, black acrylic paint and black acrylic ink in my image and finished it off with serial killer style letters cut out from various packaging and old magazines.
