I went on a lovely walk this morning just as the sun was rising and took some great photos of the gorgeous mist over the valley, and the sunlight coming over the hills. I also caught sight of some beautiful rosy apples and just had to paint them.
The canvas is just 6 x 6 inches square and I used acrylic paints to capture the image. I think I will be entering the painting into the Blackburn open exhibition at Blackburn Museum but if anyone is interested in the painting it will be for sale!
